Going all in.

Everyone who knows me can attest that I do a lot of different things. Which I think is productive and pragmatic thing.

But, when is it time to leave the many things at the door and go all in on one thing?

I don't think there is a time.

Now, don't get me wrong people may need to fixate their focus on one thing for a period of time. An assignment or an event for example.

But, we shouldn't only do one thing. We should do multiple things.

However, we must go all in.

Because, that's where creativity comes from. We draw from our experiences, from overlapping seemingly, insignificant chapters of our life. We build the stories like building blocks. One by one we journey on through the path.

So, I urge you take do something that you've always wanted to do. Learn the Sax, read that book or knit that scarf.

It's 110 or nothing.
